A Technical Project Manager is responsible to facilitate the product development process by developing and managing the schedules of projects in Product Development with a focus on high quality, cost effectiveness, and efficiency throughout the project’s life cycle. You will work with clients and team members to ensure that all project deliverables are met to ensure successful software implementation and client satisfaction.

Responsibility Areas

  • Manages assigned IT projects to ensure adherence to budget, schedule, and scope of project
  • Work with software leads to design, record and track technical requirements to satisfy client requirements
  • Develops, maintains, and revises proposals for assigned projects including project objectives, technologies, systems, information specifications, timelines, funding, and staffing
  • Sets and tracks project milestones; manages and accounts for unforeseen delays, then realigns schedules and expectations as needed

Required Knowledge and Experience

  • Must have valid Project Management Professional (PMP), ITIL, or equivalent
  • A solid understanding of software development and deployment principles
